Order fulfillment begins April 21st, 2025. Orders will be processed and shipped in the order they were received. Once your order ships, please allow 7-15 business days for delivery depending on your location. You will receive tracking information via email when your order has been shipped.

Failure to pay customs charges may result in package return, abandonment, or disposal by customs authorities. We are not responsible for packages refused, abandoned, or seized due to unpaid customs fees.
Verify your shipping address before completing your order. We cannot modify addresses after purchase. We are not responsible for:
Reshipping due to buyer error incurs additional fees at your expense. Address changes must be requested within 48 hours of purchase. After shipment, address changes are not possible.
Packages returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed will not be reshipped. It is your responsibility to ensure your address is correct and to retrieve your package in a timely manner. If issues arise, you must work directly with the carrier. We are not responsible for packages that go unclaimed.

You forfeit your right to the physical collectible. No refunds or replacements will be provided.
Lost Packages: Report non-delivery within 14 days of expected arrival. If tracking shows delivery but you did not receive the item, you must file a claim with the carrier. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Lost package claims require carrier investigation.
Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged:
We will review damage claims on a case-by-case basis. Approved claims may result in replacement (subject to availability) or partial refund at our discretion. We are not responsible for damage caused by carriers or customs inspections beyond reasonable packaging standards.
Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for items stolen after confirmed delivery. Consider using a secure delivery location.

Restricted destinations will be identified at checkout. If we cannot ship to your location, you will be notified and no physical collectible will be provided. Digital assets associated with your purchase remain valid.
All sales of Critters Quest NFTs, tokens, blind boxes, and digital assets are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges except as required by law or as explicitly stated below.
NFT and digital asset purchases are non-refundable. Once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be reversed. This includes primary sales and any in-game purchases.
Blind boxes contain randomized items. Due to the nature of the product, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges based on the contents you receive.
If you receive a physically defective item (manufacturing defect, not shipping damage), you may request a replacement within 14 days of delivery. Contact us with photos of the defect. We will assess on a case-by-case basis and may request return of the defective item before issuing a replacement. Replacements are subject to availability.
If a transaction fails or is cancelled before completion, no refund is necessary as no payment was processed. If you are charged for a failed transaction, contact us with transaction details for investigation.
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once confirmed.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in suspension from the Critters Quest ecosystem, forfeiture of associated NFTs or digital assets, and potential legal action.
All shipping fees, customs charges, taxes, and tariffs are non-refundable under any circumstances, including order cancellations, returns, or delivery failures caused by customer error.
We are not liable for delays or failures in shipment caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, war, civil unrest, carrier disruptions, customs delays, government actions, or supply chain interruptions.
